Shipping information

This is how it works:

After placing your order, you will automatically receive an email confirming that it has been received. You can immediately check whether the order is correct. Pay close attention, for example, to the wheelbase and the total length of your vehicle, and make sure the model year of the car is accurate. Please contact us as soon as possible if anything is incorrect. We also review every order ourselves before processing it. 95% of our products are in stock and, if ordered before 14:00, are shipped the same day. The remaining 5% consists of incidental gaps in our inventory and roof racks, as these require some assembly time. 

When placing an order, we assume that you want it delivered to your home or business address. However, in the shopping cart, you can choose a different delivery address.

Free delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium

We offer FREE delivery for all orders in the Netherlands and Belgium, with no unexpected shipping costs in our shop.

Pickup at our showroom in Veghel

Of course, you can also come and pick up the ordered products for free at our showroom in Veghel. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare your order. If something is in stock (visible in the product information for each item), you can also pick it up directly at our warehouse in Veghel.

Installation in our showroom in Veghel

As a service, we also offer installations. If you want an installation, you can order the accessories online and indicate that you want to schedule an installation. In this case, we will contact you to arrange an appointment at your convenience. Installations can only be done during our opening hours. You can settle the installation costs at our showroom after the accessories are installed. You can also call or email us to schedule an installation appointment.

Partners

For small orders, we collaborate with DPD. For larger orders, such as roof racks, we partner with the automotive-specialized courier company Parts Express. This ensures competent delivery within the agreed-upon timeframe.
