Return policy*

How does the return process work?


If the received accessories don't quite fit your car, you can return them to us within 14 days.

Returning your package is as easy as following these 5 steps!

  1. Read the return rules under our 5 step plan.
  2. Use our Return form to fill in all the details and submit it.
  3. As soon as we receive your request, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will then schedule a date together for the courier to pick up the package from you.
  4. Fill out the shipping label and stick it on your package. Download it here.
  5. Once we have received your package in good (undamaged) condition, the return will be processed. We will refund you the amount already paid, minus the return costs, and we will send you a confirmation e-mail. This happens within 30 days after the product is received by us.

Return rules:

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day:

  • At which point the item is in your possession.
  • To which you received the last part. (When order consists of several products)

Do keep in mind the following:

  • Shipping costs for returning an order are at your own expense.
  • You can return an accessory only if you have requested it from us via the Return Form. Return form.
  • We can only take back accessories that are complete, undamaged and unused.
  • Custom accessories cannot be returned.
  • Already mounted accessories cannot be returned.
  • Accessories must be returned in their original packaging.
  • It is necessary to protect chrome/stainless steel materials separately from each other to prevent damage due to friction during transport.
  • Please use only transparent tape to seal packages.
  • Do not stick loose bolts/nuts/screws on a box, but pack them inside the box.

Attention! Any damages (including damages during transportation due to poor/non-packaging) are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the credit invoice. The same applies to incomplete items. Ensure that you pack everything securely!

Cancellation

Once we have processed your cancellation, we will refund the charged amount. You will receive a confirmation email. This will be done within 7 days of your cancellation.

Incorrect payment

Overpaid amounts will be automatically refunded. The excess amount will be back in your account within 30 days.

Exchange

It is possible to exchange the received accessories. Please contact us, and we will arrange this for you as soon as possible.

Please take note of the following:

  • If the accessory you wish to receive is more expensive than the one already delivered, the difference in amount remaining for shipping must be paid.
  • If the new accessory is cheaper than your already received accessory, the overpayment will be refunded to you.
  • The new accessory will be shipped to you when we have received the old one back in good condition. You will be contacted to arrange a new delivery date together.
  • To return your accessory, our return rules apply.
